Calling all CITs!!

Our coaches in training are a valuable asset to the Forest Lakes Swim Team as they take on a leadership role in and out of the pool. Our CITs are mentors to younger swimmers and receive mentorship from our experienced coaches. Management, organizational and compassionate skills can all be learned as a CIT. 

If your swimmer is a rising 8th grader or older please encourage them to apply. CITs are expected to participate in the pool with younger swimmers during the 8 and under and/or Tropical Storms practices in addition to attending their own swim practice. CITs also support the coaches during Wednesday night meets. Please don't hesitate to reach out with additional questions, [email protected]
