Thank you all so much for stepping up to help this season. We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who has signed up for jobs and continues to support our swimmers and meets. It’s exciting to see so many families willing to pitch in.

We need your help! If you have signed up for more than 9 points this season, please take a moment to remove your name from any extra assignments. New families should not have more than 8 points. While we truly appreciate families volunteering for additional tasks, we also want to make sure every family has an opportunity to find jobs and meet their requirements.

If you are currently assigned as Head of Jobs, Starter, or stroke and turns, please double check that you are not also signed up for additional meet jobs. If you will be away and not able to do all jobs that are needed to meet your family points, that make you exempt, please sign up for additional points and let the chairman and volunteer coordinator know which weeks you will be away.

Board members are exempt from required summer meet jobs, many still volunteer for important meet roles that require special training, which helps reduce the total number of jobs needed from other families this is also why we may be able to reduce all families minimum point requirements. But we can’t do this until everyone made the above actions.

Thank you again for all of your support, flexibility, and willingness to help make this a great season for our swimmers and families. Non-meet jobs were posted last week. If you have a situation that makes volunteering challenging, please reach out to the chairman email to make request an accommodation.

If you need to add a family member to sign up to volunteer, you need to email the chairman their name, personal email and cell phone.
